 Knowledge: Four-wheeler Clutch Assembly shop, Press machine and
Press operations.
 Production planning: Understand monthly Assembly Plan. Close
coordination with PPC and store to run the production lines smoothly.
 Manpower utilization: Manpower deployment on each stages as per
there employee matrix skill to complete production target in each shift
with optimum utilization of available resources. Motivation and
mentoring team members for achieving production targets thus leading
to customer satisfaction removal of customer irritants.
 Safety: Ensure Safety norm are been followed by operators.Layout
improvement at various stages to create more floor space for better
material handling. Training new operators for using the equipment,
process control safety, process sheet requirement.Preserving discipline
according to safety rules.
 Documentation: TS16949 system in shop floor & maintaining their
documents.

2.  Problem Solving : Close coordination with maintenance and tool room
dept for solving breakdown related issues. Implementing contingency
plans in events of material shortage, equipment breakdown,
manpower absenteeism and accidents.
 Field failures issues: Resolving by identifying the technical faults and
providing corrective and preventive action for the same issues.
Monitoring and controlling of traceability and CAPA activity.
Monitoring daily rejection & rework record on line. Practicing Total
Quality Management System for better operating procedures across
the organization. Responsible for Kaizen activities.
 Housekeeping: Ensure implementation of 5s for working area.
EDUCATION
 BE in Mechanical Engineering from Kavikulguru institute of technology and
science, Nagpur in 2011 with 61%.
 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Sadashivrao Bhoyar College
