• Envisioned, negotiated, and established two refugee camps for 2200 refugees in
the Moscow region, Winter 1992 in collaboration with Equilibre, International
Organization of Migration, and the United Nations High Commission for
Refugees.
• Established and coordinated soup kitchen programs to benefit Russian
pensioners. Four soup kitchens served three-course sit down dinners to 1500
pensioners five days a week.
