During my tenure here I had lot of chances to prepare and conduct training sessions for the advisors to
improve performance.
I was given targets to improve communication skills of few advisors within a couple of months. Which I
was able achieve to by providing reading and writing exercises during my one on one sessions on a
weekly basis.
I also delivered a Training Session on Telephone etiquette's and Email etiquette's.
I was also a part of two major migration projects at Demon Internet.
• We migrated our entire customer base from ADSL Service to ADSL 2+ Service in batches as this was a
major change for our customer to gain better Broadband speeds. I was one them who got trained on it
as I had to Train rest of the folks handling live customers to deal with it.
• The second migration was when our clients decided to improve the mailing platform and once again I
was one of them to get trained on the new process to train others.
The management noticed these sessions, as the performance of the advisors improved with their quality
scores improved and sponsored my colleague and I to become Certified Voice and Accent Trainer under
Train the Trainer program.
