I would like to thank Abdl Hassan lsmael Hussein (Frank), for the accetptional work and the
amount of commitment that he has shown while working at ECP 4, as a Badge Office Interpreter for
Bravo Company 149th BSB. Abdl AKA Frank was an integral part of the Badge Office, without his help ECP
4 would have been short handed and the mission would have been compromised. I want to thank Frank

Abdl in very high regard, after being his supervisor for the last eight months. Abdl held the
position of Interpreter for 3rd Platoon ofAlpha Company 2-156, Louisiana National guard of
which I was Squad leader. Abdl served our platoon meritoriously on dozens ofmissions During
Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. He was an integral part ofthe success of
our platoon during these missions.
I consider to Abdl to be a very high quality individual with a strong work ethic that is committed
to his work and his family. He has made many sacrifices in order to do his job. Abdl has
expressed his concern for the well being ofhis family and for himselfifhe continues to work in

REFERENCE ABDUL HASSAN ISMAIL HUSSIEN MOHAMMED AL-AZAWI
Abdul Hassan has worked for Eagles for over three years responsible for the management and welfare of
the static site Supervisors.
During this time Abdul Hassan has been an Operations Coordinator reporting to the Operations
Manager and Executive director for Static sites in support of Rumaila Operating Organisation contracts
(ROO) Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Gulf Catering Company.
Abdul Hassan performs a multifaceted function. His primary role is to support the client in acting as
quality control in relation to static guard practices and reporting HSE infringements to the Project
manager.
Abdul Hassan has also acted as a mentor for new coordinators who guiding and directing the new team
members and ensuring a full understanding ofthe client's needs are understood for such clients such as
DHL, Golden city, MB Ghalib.
Abdul's written and spoken English has been invaluable when working with the Iraqi guard force and
local vendor in support of the clients requirements.
His understanding of the task and interpretation of the client's needs has been instrumental in enabling
Eagles to expand to become and maintain ROO and Shell accreditation.

LEITER OF RECOMMENDATION FOR ABDUL HASSAN
1. Abdul was employed at Mesopotamia Eagles Security (MES) as a Static Site Supervisor
from 10 May 2012 and wa s promoted to the post of Static Site Coordinator In October
2012 which he currently fills.
2. HisJob Description includes the following main tasks:
a. Computer documentation, word and excel.
b. Dally planning and coordination of static and mobile guards for rig sites.
c. Planning and coordinating of guards with rig moves and the execution thereof.
d. Planning and executing the security mobilization and demobilization of Oil Rigs.
e. Tasking, coordinating and monitoring the Mobile Guards to certain Oilfield
locations.
f. Translation of documents as well as interpreter during interviews.
g. Compiling Initial Incident Reports.
h. Assist with the compilation and translation of Company SOP's.
i. Coordinating logistic and administrative requirements with Guard Supervisors
for the guard forces on rig sites.
j. Ta sking and monitoring the Site Supervisors with regards to the Oilfield sites.
k. Stand in for the Operations Static Site Coordinator when necessa ry.
3. Abdul has a good knowledge of the venuesand locations of the Oil Rigs in the Basra
area.
4. He is a conscientious hard working responsible person and can always be relied upon
and has never had problems with sickness or absenteeism. He is a pleasant person to
work with and has a positive attitude with regards to his work.
5. He is a self-motivated individual and his loya lty and commitment to the Company are
unquestionable. He is a team player and supports the objectives of the Company.
