Dr. Cal Lightman sets off to a local mental institution to figure out why a man who has been in mental hospital for five years is
suddenly being ‘Overmedicated’ through the concerns of his estranged daughter. He must now confront his past and sanity while
getting down to the bottom of the case of the strange medicated man.

Lightman: “Em? Are you ready yet love?”
[Action]: Emily comes down the stairs carrying two suitcases.
[Close up] Emily: “Thanks for the help dad, muchly appreciated!”
Lightman: [Sarcastic] “You’re welcome!”
[Action] Lightman heads over towards Emily, picks up the bags and heads towards the car. He drops the bags into the boot and
turns to Emily.
[Close up] Lightman: “So, you ready?”
Player- Controlled Actions.
Your PC is Lightman.

Following the short cinematic, the player has control of the car and on the map there is a star which is the location in which they
need to go to. Following the map, the player will need to get out of the car and head towards the doors. In which Emily will follow
you, once inside you head towards the desk with the name ‘Check in’ on it.

Check in: “Hello Sir”
[Action]: Lightman goes into his inventory where the player will have to select the airplane tickets and then using the first person
perspective, you will see Lightman hand giving the check in tickets to the female employer.
2. Check in: “Thank you, please proceed down towards security.”

[Int. hospital]
You see the plane take off and travel around the world with the sun setting and rising two times before they eventually land in
London, where you see Lightman head into a hospital. He looks over to a room of patients before spotting the mysterious man whose
daughter has asked him for help. Going towards him, he pulls up a chair before staying completely silent while watching the man’s
reactions.
[End cinematic scene]
You can move Lightman around the hospital and chat with either the head doctor or with the mysterious man, you can go around
the tables to interact with them such as push them forwards to navigate around to tighter spaces. Although you cannot go through
any doors yet as they will be locked and will require a distraction in order for you to break into them. You cannot leave the hospital
yet, so your only option is to go speak with the mysterious man.
[Sound: Dialogue]
Lightman: “Hello Sir, I presume your name is Wayne. Am I correct?”
Wayne: “(Stuttering) Er, yes. That’s correct, Mr..?”
[Close up] Lightman: Dr.Cal Lightman, your daughter sent me, she tells me she’s worried about your wellbeing in the nut house.”
[Close up] Wayne: Amanda? Is she alright?
Lightman: Apart from worrying about you, she’s fine. But I’m more interested in you.”
You will be given a series of questions to ask Wayne in which you will have to watch his facial expressions to see if he is lying, telling
the truth or doubt him. To say he is lying you’d need evidence, but doubt is often used when the suspects are restricting some
information or you can choose to believe he is telling the truth. The outcome of your answer does not affect the ending of the game,
just the relationship of the people you interact with.
[Cinematic Scene]:
You see Dr.Lightman enter a room in which he is greeted by the head doctor and his co-worker Dr.Gillian Foster, upon sitting down
they’re talking about Wayne’s case and how he got to the state he was. When the doctor leaves the room momentarily, Gillian
leans over to speak with Lightman but he gets up within a minute of the doctor leaving and begins to slowly lift up papers looking for
medical files of Wayne, when Gillian hisses at him to sit back down and that looking for the files is breaching confidentiality of the
patient.

You can explore around Wayne’s home, going through his books and eventually coming across his daughter Amanda who you can
have conversation with before she shows you her note book with strange drawing in, giving an indicating insanity runs in the family.
Lightman cannot leave the house without eat a muffin from the basket, Amanda will give you hints by asking if you would like a
muffin? In which you reply yes or no.

[Int. Gillian office]
Gillian: “He’s showing signs of a mentally ill person, why are we still working on this case?”
Lightman: “… “
3. Gillian: “Cal? Are you alright?”
Lightman: “Yeah, just tired we’ll finish this in the morning.”
[Ext. Gillian Office]
[Int. Hospital]
Dr.Lightman quite droopy confronts the head doctor at the hospital before promptly attacking the nurse willing to help him and
passing out. The head doctor commands that Lightman is confined to a room due to suspecting another case.
[End cinematic]
You wake up and try to open the door, it’s locked and security is tight. Lightman has to go around the room and find clues that
could help him pry the door open, once he finds that item and goes to the door with it; the gamer will have to press a certain
alphabetic number repeatedly until the door is open. He will then be given the option to sneak and he has to manoeuvre around
the hospital avoiding the head doctor and nurses otherwise you will be captured and sent back to your room and will be forced to
do it the door again. The goal is to get to the head doctor’s office to call your office in London and get them to test the muffins that
he eat at Wayne’s house, but you need to get the nurses away from the door, on the left will be an emergency fire handle, pull it. A
timer will then appear you only have so long to go around the room before they notice you’ve disappeared. But you’ll be caught by
the head doctor and you will be forced into another room and Gillian will come and join you.

[Fade in]
Has your Loker, you have one of the muffins Cal had ate before passing out, you have a series of tests to do and following the simple
instructions have to figure out if the muffin has been doped. You test a series of false drugs, before being forced to look around until
you find a book; the drug is not revealed to the player. But Loker will test it, before taking a bite himself.
[Sound: Rapid Heartbeat and breathing]
The room starts to go fuzzy and you start hallucinating, and need to press a variety of alphabetic keys on your keyboard to fight off
the hallucinations, it gets faster has the timer gets close and the a black circle around your screen will slowly get bigger and the
heart beats faster, if the player completes the puzzle then Loker breathing becomes normal before passing out.
[Cinematic scene]
Lightman is still speaking with Gillian and the head doctor, before Loker who has now recovered shows them a video in which shows
Loker eating the muffin and starts to have hallucinations and talking to someone that only he can see. The doctor declares Lightman
sane and they confront Wayne’s sister, she won’t speak until they reveal the drug, a Psilocybin mushroom.
