Mise-en-scene
In the videothere is various things on the set to show meaning, for example at the beginning she is cutting her birthday to
show that she is happy and can celebrate her birthday . Then as the clip progresses she is doing normal things, like going to
school wearing her school uniform, and she is also in the playground. However as the day changes from high-key to low key
everything starts to change as we see less things that a normal girl does, for example there are more cars and in the news, on
the t.v and the newspaper we can see reports of war and crisis . then as the war starts things start to get more serious instead
of light bulbs there are now using candles meaning that the light has gone, and the girl falls unwell so her mum, gives her
medicine and the last bit of water, and then there go out as there house in unsafe and try to find shelter, where the girl starts
to eat food that is old and nasty like a rotten apple, also because there is a lot poisonous gas, the girl needs to wear a gas mask .
Also as its cold we can see a body warmer , and eventually she goes to the hospital where she is wearing a gown to get better .
this has meaning has she starts happy with her family but as the video progresses different stages happen and she is left
unhappy and distress.

Camera
There are manydifferent camera angles, for example there are close ups of girl
throughout to show how she is happy at the start, but at the very end shot she is
unhappy and confused. There is a depth of field for example it shallow, focus and
foreground of the girl. It is filmed both of a tripod and it is also handheld as we can
see the shaking of the camera. This is to show emotion and sympathy and feel sorry
for girl as she is experiencing this wa.

Sound
There are manydifferent sounds within the video, but at the very start there is very
little sound as she is happy , until the rumbling start to happen as the war had began,.
There are also diegetic sounds from the tv and the radio as it is playing what's on the
news.

Editing
There are manydifferent editing techniques, for example the cutting rades are very
quick as it is per second in order to show the girls life day by day, every second.
There is also fading which shows the change as it is almost trying to fade into to war.
There is cuts between each scene,. And right the end there is a slogan, which is a
short line which tries to convey what the person should do also how it could happen
in the uk and how it could happen anywhere
