SOS Manpower Service P. Ltd., license # 80/052/053, was registered in 1996 at the Company
Registrar’s office in Kathmandu, Nepal. We are duly authorized by the Department of Foreign
Employment, Ministry of Labor of the Government of Nepal to carry out recruitment of Nepalese
manpower for foreign employment.
Since our inception, we have extensively partnered with local, regional, and multinational companies in
GCC & Middle East, South East Asia, Far East, North Africa and Europe. Today, we specialize in
manpower sourcing, vetting, industrial skills training, visa services, regulation & compliance, diagnostic

Location and Office Infrastructure:
Our headoffice is centrally located in the northern edge of Kathmandu metropolitan city. We are
approximately 200 meters outside northern Ring Road (between Narayangopal Chowk intersection and
Gongabu Central Bus Station). The proximity to Tribhuwan International Airport is 8 kms. or 20 minutes.

SOS provides targeted (country/industry specific) and general orientation courses, as
required by government, to all candidates bound for overseas employment. The
primary objective of providing cost effective orientation is to ensure safety, security,
and well being of all workers during their employment overseas. In addition, the
candidates are also orientated on necessary life-skills, country and culture specific
information, and expected attitude required during the period of employment
overseas.

Our in-house orientation facility comprises of a large and spacious venue with
classroom style seating supported by complete AV system and government
certified trainers.
We currently use orientation curriculum designed and developed by the
government. Some of the areas covered by the curriculum include occupational
safety & security, information about the country, culture, employer, multicultural
workplace, and scope of individual employment contract.
27. Provisional Departure Information
As soon as workers are confirmed for the deployment we send a PROVISIONAL
DEPARTURE INFORMATION to the company with tentative flight schedule and
estimated numbers of workers to enable prior preparation for accommodation
and transportation.
Final Departure Information
Once the candidates board the flight we send the FINAL DEPARTURE
INFORMATION to the company to arrange for airport pickup and accommodation.

In case if there happens to be any problem during the flight of candidates our
SUPPORT TEAM is always ready 24/7 to help our client and facilitate the
candidates to reach their destination or inform about the off load or repatriation.

Medical Center is fully licensed and wholly owned subsidiary of SOS
Manpower Service facility offering wide range of diagnostic services.The facility
is located within our office premises in order to facilitate quick and reliable services to aspiring job seekers. The
center is fully equiped with modern diagnostic apparatus including X-Ray machince, pathology lab (screening
Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis, pulmonary and respiratory infections etc…). Our lab technicians and health assistants
