Worked as a service/site/project engineer in world Link Corporation on ABB Ltd
Company project for 3.5 years.
Worked as a Service/ Maintenance Automation Engineer in Vedvyas Automation on
ABB Automation systems from more than 1.9 years.
JOB DETAILS:
 Full supervision and undergoing of entire project management & project
planning of modernizing/up gradation of electrics of 5 machines in ROLL
GRINDING SHOP in SAIL, ROURKELA STEEL PLANT with new ABB ACS800
drives, AC800M automation panels and CP430 HMI being a part of
commissioning team.
 Full supervision and undertaking of WIRELESS project in CASTER, SMS-2, SAIL,
ROURKELA STEEL PLANT.
 Full supervision of ABB drives, automation and wiring of ABB panels and testing
of ABB induction ac motors with exact values in MCNALLY BHARAT project in
new BLAST FURNACE #5 site, SAIL, ROURKELA STEEL PLANT.
 Full Supervision and part of a commissioning team in the commissioning of
Training kit having ACS800, DCS800 drives and AC800XA, AC450 automation at
HRDC, SAIL,RSP.
 Worked as an Automation Service/Maintenance Engineer in Annual Maintenance
Contract taken by ABB for LV drives and Automations installed in different
department in Rourkela Steel Plant. Automations systems having 800xA DCS
systems, AC450,MP200 systems.
