- 3. PENDAHULUAN – Latar Belakang Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Nadiem Anwar Makarim menggagas program MBKM, Bangkit academy. Program ini membagi topik pembelajaran menjadi 3 jenis yakni Machine Learning, pemrograman dengan pengembangan Android, dan dasar- dasar Cloud dengan fokus pada Google Cloud Platform. MBKM bertujuan untuk mendorong para mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan serta menguasai berbagai keilmuan yang berguna untuk memasuki dunia kerja dengan bimbingan lansung dari para praktisi dunia IT yakni Google, Gojek, Tokopedia dan Traveloka.

Infographics You can add and edit some infographics to your presentation to present your data in a visual way. ● Choose your favourite infographic and insert it in your presentation using Ctrl C + Ctrl V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac. ● Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing “Ungroup”. ● Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket. ● Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped points of its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow). - Dalam proses pembangunan aplikasi PubInCare, salah satu langkah yang penting dilakukan adalah melakukan merancang dan menganalisa kebutuhan sistem. Analisis menjadi pondasi yang akan menentukan bentuk sistem yang akan dibuat. Proses perancangan dan analisa kebutuhan sistem akan dilakukan menggunakan metode Prototyping dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language).
- Analisa Kebutuhan : Pada tahap ini pengembang melakukan analisa, identifikasi software dan semua kebutuhan system yang akan dibuat. Membangun Prototyping : tahap ini membangun prototyping dengan membuat perancangan sementara yang berfokus penyajian kepada pengguna dengan membuat input dan output. Evaluasi Prototyping : evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah prototyping sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan pelanggan. Pengkodean Sistem : tahap ini prototyping yang sudah dibangun dan disetujui akan diubah ke dalam Bahasa pemograman yang sesuai. Menguji Sistem : tahap ini diperlukan pengujian system untuk menguji system perangkat lunak yang sudah dibuat. Evaluasi Sistem : pada tahap ini perangkat lunak yang sudah jadi akan dievaluasi pengguna untuk mengetahui apakah system berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Penggunaan system/Implementasi system : tahap ini perangkat lunak yang sudah diuji dan disetujui oleh pengguna siap untuk digunakan.
- Tahap analisis merupakan proses memodelkan masalah. Dalam tahap awal ini, saya melakukan observasi terhadap kebutuhan pembuatan aplikasi yang dibutuhkan. untuk mempermudah tahap analisis, perlu dijabarkan kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsional. Kebutuhan fungsional mendefinisikan proses, input, output pada sistem.
- Berdasarkan use case ini, secara garis besar actor memerlukan log in untuk mengakses sistem. Pada user, jika blm memiliki akun, maka register. Setelahnya user dapat dapat membuat aduan berupa pengadaan infrastruktur atau perbaikan infrastruktur, menghapus aduan yang dibuatnya, melihat berbagai jenis wisata yang dikelompokkan di setiap wilayah KLU kemudian dapat memberikan komentar dan ratingnya, memberi komentar terhadap desa, serta mengubah profile User. Sementara actor admin dapat mengelola aduan berupa mencetak aduan, mengubah status aduan, menghapus aduan yang tidak sesuai, mengelola kecamatan meliputi update komponen desa dan kecamatan yang ada didalamnya, mengelola objek wisata, serta mengelola pengguna.
- Terdapat 11 kelas utama yakni kelas kabupaten, kecamatan, d esa, lokasi wisata, kerusakan infrastruktur, fasilitas, User kecamatan, User desa, User kabupaten, admin dan profile. Dalam class diagram di atas, dapat kita lihat bahwasannya antar class memiliki keterhubungan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya, contohnya informasi admin dan desa tempat wisata.
- LR : menggambarkan aktivitas login dan registrasi pada User serta aktivitas login pada Admin. Diagram di atas menggambarkan bahwa layanan sistem dapat diakses oleh User dan admin apabila telah melakukan login terlebih dahulu. EP : menggambarkan aktivitas edit profile yang dapat dilakukan oleh User pada akunnya.
- menggambarkan aliran proses pemberian komen dan rating pada suatu objek wisata oleh User. menggambarkan aktivitas utama yakni pengaduan yang dapat dilakukan oleh User. Pertama, user harus memilih jenis aduan yang akan diajukan yakni pengadaan dan perbaikan. Data aduan akan di validasi lalu disimpan ke dalam sistem. Selain membuat aduan, User juga dapat menghapus aduan yang telah dibuatnya dan melihat detil aduan dalam bentuk surat pengaduan yang dibuat otomatis oleh sistem. menggambarkan pengelolaan aduan oleh Admin wilayah terkait. Admin akan mendapatkan aduan yang ditujukan ke wilayahnya. Sebagai contoh, admin desa Akar-Akar Kecamatan Bayan, hanya akan mendapatkan hak akses untuk mengelola aduan yang ditujukan ke desa Akar-Akar, begitu pula untuk wilayah lainnya. #################Aktivitas mengelola admin meliputi mengubah status pengaduan menjadi diterima, ditolak atau diteruskan. Jika aduan diterima, maka aduan akan dicetak. Jika ditolak, maka aduan tidak akan diproses, sementara jika diteruskan, maka aduan akan dilemparkan kepada admin yang tingkatnya lebih tinggi dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Admin tersebut akan memiliki akses terhadap aduan yang dilemparkan. Dan aduan akan bertatus menunggu keputusan admin.

Pada gambar ini, Admin akan dapat menambahkan objek wisata melalui form yang diberikan, data lalu disimpan dan ditampilkan pada objek wisata pada wilayah terkait dan wilayah KLU secara keseluruhan. 2. menggambarkan aktivitas log out yang dapat dilakukan oleh User dan admin. Jika session telah diputus, maka akan diarahkan ke halaman home page kembali.
- Nilai dari setiap pertanyaan kemudian dijumlahkan, lalu dikalikan dengan 2.5. Untuk mendapatkan skor rata-rata survei, seluruh nilai dari responden yang telah dikalikan 2.5, kemudian dibagi jumlah responden. Maka dari perhitungan tersebut, didapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 56,77.
- Maka didapatkan acceptability ranges (tingkat penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi) pada marginal low, grade scale (tingkatan si) pada grade F , dan adjective ratings (rating dari sistem informasi) pada OK. Penilaian acceptability ranges, grade scale, dan adjective ratings digunakan untuk meninjau perspektif pengguna saat mengakses sistem. Setelah melakukan pengujian dengan kedua tahap tersebut, maka didapatkan bahwa sistem informasi PubInCare masih berada dibawah rentang nilai rata-rata dan belum bisa dikatakan bahwa pengguna akan merekomendasikan sistem informasi ini kepada pengguna lain. Namun, sistem informasi ini secara sederhana sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, walaupun masih berpredikat marginal low. Sistem informasi ini juga masih dalam predikat OK dan belum dikategorikan menjadi sistem informasi yang bagus di penilaian grade scale. Sehingga ke depannya akan sangat diharapkan pengembangan sistem informasi ini menjadi lebih baik lagi mulai dari perbaikan workflow hingga tampilan, dengan harapan untuk mempermudah user dalam mendapatkan pelayanan.
