Product LifeCycle
Roboze 3D prints require very low mechanical maintenance and have an estimated lifecycle of 7-10 years.
Should mechanical problems arise, Roboze replaces the original print with a brand new one.
Electronic parts require standard maintenance.
Legal warranty of Roboze 3D printers is 12 months. Warranty extensions are available for up to 3 years.
Roboze sells Roboze-certified raw materials to guarantee the best printer performance and maintenance. This additional service gives
Roboze the privilege of engaging in continuous dialogue with its customers, monitoring satisfaction and collecting feedback toward
future product-service improvement.
Additionally, Roboze offers production and prototyping services for small businesses approaching Additive Manufacturing but have
not committed to purchasing a 3D printer.
