Criteria for Judging (BEST IN TALENT)
Technical ability (40 %)
Impressive level of talent for age and performs at a level that will definitely
engage an audience. Outstanding preparation is evident, hence very few or
no mistakes.
Stage Presence and Personality (30%)
A performer displays confidence, personality and put heart and character
into their performance.
Creativity/Originality/Entertainment Value (20%)
A performer shows a performance that is distinctive or different from other
performers. This act is special, unique and exciting! There are special
touches in performance, costume, or act and it is very memorable.
Overall Performance (10%)
Performer’s ability to perform an act that draws a positive response from
the audience with personality, originality and poise.
Criteria for Judging (BEST IN COSTUME)
•Authenticity (50%) – How accurate and thorough is the costume?
•Creativity (30%) – Was the costume made creatively, colorfully, and does
it show personality? Did the costume take time and effort?
• Visual Impact (20%)– Does the costume stand out from the rest?
