Our goals are honorable and we would like to see them all happen. This “community ” has done a very fine job of helping many in communities here and far despite all that we must face in these uncertain times. Here is something I think is important with opinion that you may or may not be in agreement. I will share in a brief commentary.

1. Peace and wellnesstoall.

helpingmanyincommunitieshere andfardespite all thatwe mustface inthese uncertaintimes.
Here is somethingI thinkisimportantwithopinionthatyoumayor may not be inagreement.Iwill share ina brief
commentary.
In general,there isanallegiancethatemployeeswillfeel whentheyare workinginacompany.The goal of the company
isexpressedbyitsleadersandthe programmovesforward.Thisisacceptable andexpected.Butwhathappenswhen
the companyis notabout inanimate productsandservicesthatare simplyouttomake livesseeminglyhappier,easier
and more comfortable- like Home DepotorWalmart- but aboutdelvingintofullylivingbeingswithmajorhealthissues
and totallycomplicatedscenarios?And,whathappenswhenall of thishastobe pouredintoa technologicalseaof
massive depthandcomplexity?Toconsiderthe medical professioninterms of a “company”has takenthe real-life
elementandmechanizeditintosomethinglessthannatural.Iwouldlike topropose thatwe refrainfromthe word
“company”so as to fostera more beautiful visionof whatwe are all tryingto do.Let us see thisas a community- a
movement,if youwill-of people joiningtogethertohelpimprove livesinsomanyways.In thisway,perhaps,we cansee
somethingchange forthe betterof all.A nice designationcanbe somethingall canvote onsoon!
Whenand since we have alignedwithcorporate mind-set:hardrules,ratings,gradings,penaltiesetc.,we have
essentiallylostthe senseof whathealthisandwhere itall blossomsfrom, unfortunately.So,we have anumberof
mindsthatwill nolongerbe trulydedicatedtomakinghealthreturnorsustainedbutratherdriventomakinga buck.All
valuesandcomponentsof a value systemwill deterioratewhenpeopleare reallynotfeelinggenuinelyconnected.
How can we have people withlivinghearts,spirits,mindsall feel warmth,togetherness,harmonyandpassionto
performwithoutworryof moneyorprofit?A worldof humantouch withoutthe obstructive,obtrusive machinesinthe
middle of itall has pulledthe life outof many.Formany,sadly,itcomesdownto punchingthe keysandbringinghome
the paycheck.We can andmust approachthisall withreal sensitivity.Itisnoteasyfor employeestoall see what
executivefolksee andvice versa.Letusbe fosteringgoodhabits.Iwouldlike tosee thatwe have meditation,exercise,
foodfor life andfitnessclassesonaregularbasisto really“connect”withpeople ratherthanjusthave the intranetand
mechanical devicesthathave alreadycausedamassive amountof interpersonalproblems.Dance andfunny
performancesare greatwaysfor people toact andshow theircolorsand feelings.We dohave manymusiciansinthis
communityof folksbythe way!! A venue forall of thiswill be needed.We needtotapintoeveryone tohelppull
togethersome funthingsouremployeescandoon stage or in the community.Funiswhere we shouldgo!People to
instruct,conductor helpinany waywill be needed.Iamhopingthatdevelopmentof ourWellComeOMfacilityof
healingwill alsobe ahelpinthisregard.There are wonderful resultswhenpeopleare insettingswhentheycanall let
go, letthe hairdownand see that one anotherare all in the same place- noone life more importantorworthythanany
other.It isall so necessaryforeveryone.
