Initial Filings for State (non Nevada).
Statement of Ledger (Nevada only).
Business Licenses (non Nevada, if needed).
2. CORPORATIONS
Making your Corporation Active:
Signing the Documents.
Organizational Meeting.
By-laws.
Stock Certificates.
Shareholders Meeting.
Directors Meeting.
*If you have a nominee officer, many of these
documents will already be signed for you.

Run the day to day operations.
Types of Documents:
Records of meetings are called minutes.
Decisions made by the Board of Directors are
outlined in resolutions.
5. CORPORATIONS
Bank Accounts:
Open a Bank Account.
Only provide required documents.
Articles of Incorporation
EIN
Resolution to open a bank account.
By-laws (if needed).
Fund the account.
Use the account for corporate business
only.

opening bank accounts.
6. Taxes:
CORPORATIONS
C Corporation (default classification)
1120 due annually to the IRS.
EIN assignment letter from the IRS will list
the due date.
S Corporation (2553 election required)
1120S due annually to the IRS.
Due by March 15th each year.
