3. INTRODUCTION
A valuation is a basic inspection of a property that will determine its
value. A valuation survey will provide an important look at the
property’s true market value to learn if what paying it s accurate. By
valuation the present market value of the property is defined. The
present value of property may be decided by its selling price or income
or rent it may fetch. In Finance, valuation is the process of determining
the present value(PV) of the asset. In a Business context, it is often the
hypothetical price that a third party would pay for a gives asset.

• Compulsory acquisition
5. VALUATION
• Valuation is a quantitative process of determining the fair value
of an asset or a firm.
• By Valuation the present market value of a property is defined.
The present value of property may be decided by its selling
price or income or rent it may fetch.
• The value of the property depends its structure, life,
maintenance, location, bank interest, etc.

33. CONCLUSION
• In this Internship I have learnt lot of thing how to valuate the
Existing building and Vacant Land.On taking this Project, I
have learnt a lot at each Stages. The Plan is done by autocad
and the guideline value is Taken from Inspector general of
registration. This Project is For Valuation of Vacant land &
Residential Building. In This Existing Building I have done
the Valuation and Drawn the plan is done by AutoCAD.
