Main facts The Indian python is a kind of snake and reptile. There are many Indian python in the world but they are getting less because of people killing them. The Indian python can live for 20 years. The king of the Indian python is called King Cobra,the King Cobra can kill a person in 15 minutes. They can lay up to 100 eggs.
Where does it live? They live in Python jungle and tropical rainforest. They can also be found in southern asia. The largest snakes live in India. Southern Asia
How does it looks like? The adult Indian python is 20 feet long and they weigh up to 70 to 129 lbs. Some ar 30 feet long but they weigh up to 300 lbs. There skin colours are brown,yellow,cream or off-white colour. There is also a V shape mark that appears on there heads. They have flattened heads with  small eyes and large nostrils. Snakes come from diffrent sizes the tinest Indian python is thin as a pencil led. They lenght up to 20 feet long.
Why are they endangered ? They are endangered because people are killing them for meat,accessory and other things. There habitats are lost by trees that were disappearing.                                              Trees disappearing
What is being done to protect them  People are protecting the Indian python by raising money and making a club. You can also help if you can recycle paper so it can lie on trees. The goverment are trying there effort to save the Indian python. They are protected by the Indian so they are safe. Even zoos are protecting the endangered speices.
If we don’t save them they will die and extinct. Because people kill them for many things! They so sad that they have to die because of habitat lost. They can also be dead because they don’t have food to eat.  What will happen if we don’t protect them?
SO WHAT DO THINK  SAVE THEM!
