Survey Sheets from all
parents
7) Last year’s troop annual
plan if you have one

program planning process
with your senior patrol leader:
STEP 2
1) Explain to him the importance of the
process and his role in helping.
2) Talk about your options for programs and
activities, and your troop goals.
3) Share your draft outline for next year’s
program and ask him for his input and
thoughts.
4) Review this presentation.
