7. How does ‘Sweat Equity’ work? You offer to do whatever # of hours over whatever time frame you want at you normal billing rate in exchange for sweat equity. After 12 months you convert your sweat equity into shares of the startups you like best. You are not limited to taking equity in the startups you do work for. This flexibility enables our sweat equity partners to have 20/20 hindsight by only investing is proven startups. 7
8. How do I get paying clients? The 1st time a paying client wants to tap into our consultant base to do a project – they pay us direct – you do the work in exchange for the sweat equity already agreed upon. When paying clients wants to use you again – they pay you direct at your agreed rate. 8
