2. Getting inducted to a Task/Project:
• Be attentive

• Focus on Usability – if the design I create, will be usable or not.
• Give suggestions if required.
• Do a bit of research on the background/business website of the project
• Email – all important communications, files
• Keep everyone in loop/ keep them updated
3. Design:
• Follow best practices.
• Plan the Design
• See options for as much re-use for optimal use
• Do always ‘Save for Web’.
• Check thoroughly resolutions and Always work in HIGHER resolution
• Find solutions to a problem, see how best you can make it possible than
saying ‘impossible’.
• Add to your KRA
4. Best Practices:
• Carrying a notepad/pen always
• Respect time/ meeting time
• Be a good listener
• Helping each other – across team
• Take ownership on design
• Be together as a Team.
• Always be positive
• Downtime – read on design, update yourself
• Being transparent
• Be focused – do not get hassled by the surrounding talk
5. When in call/meetings:
• Always take notes
• Be attentive
• Make sure around you are silent listeners.
• After call – discuss pointers/ MOM
