Elected in the same manner as
the president
Rules on presidential
succession

Vacancy in the Office of the President at the
Beginning of his term.
2.Vacancy in the Office of the President during his
term.
3.Vacancy in the Office of the Vice President.
4.When the Vice President shall become President.
