Design is the process of collecting ideas, and aesthetically arranging and implementing
them, guided by certain principles for a specific purpose. Web design is a similar process
of creation, with the intention of presenting the content on electronic web pages, which
the end-users can access through the internet with the help of a web browser.

I’m not the best designer out there but I am pretty good at what I do. I have
been around the block producing exemplary web design for internet

property investing and marketing. They have a
fantastic reputation in delivering efficient, strategic
and fast property solutions, by making the buying
process as smooth, fast and stress free as possible.

new design for their website and migrate the current website into a more
efficient CMS.
Specific Goals:
- A creative and professional look
- Maintain the logo and color pallete
- Focus on getting people to complete a property sales form
- Add an investor page for members and users that wants to invest on a
property
- A more reliable search property function
- A way to notify people about new properties

I decided to create something cinematic and creative for the brand new
design and will focus on getting property sale information from users. I
have provided an easy and modern way for the users to sell their property
through a user friendly step by step form.

- A more engaging professional responsive website design

provide members with a lot of options such as training, property
investing, surveyors and access finances.
