The Rutland Shadow Health and Wellbeing Board held its inaugural meeting on July 19th, 2011. They discussed governance, terms of reference, Rutland's current health situation, and draft health priorities for 2011-2012. The top strategic health priorities being developed are around staying healthy, improving outcomes for those with complex needs, improving care for children and families, and improving efficiency. A stakeholder workshop will be held on October 6th to get input on communications, priorities, structures, and stakeholder involvement in assessments and strategies.
