About the problem from
first prototype, First we cut
some part that not necessary for
reduce weight,
then we block our product
with pares of veneer for make
product stronger, And finally we
add holder for hold a shelf when
it close.
4. Quality
we make it stronger, we think it
have better quality than the old.
5. Weight
we can reduce a weight for about 1.2 kg from 5.2
kg (totally 4 kg) that not so much, but it good enough
because general shoes rack has over 9 kg.

6. Ease of use
After we add a holder, we
can open it easily.
7. Manufacturing time
we don't make a new
prototype, we only improve it, so
it not definite time.
8. Manufacturing cost
Exacly total cost increase about
250 bath from a new veneer and
lacker.
10. There’re same dimension and we
add a new function, there is a hook at
the front door of our product, you can
hang a little object such as a key, a
note or whatever you want, and soon
we’ll add a mirror in the bottom for
who that want a confidence.
