200 times worse! The College of Fine Arts (COFA) proposal to use residential streets for truck movements has 200 times the impact of their original, approved plan.

7. Frequency & duration
The proposed plan estimates up to 20 trucks
per day, in a 6 hr window (9am – 3pm).
20 trucks per day is 40 truck movements (entry
& exit). A truck every 9 minutes.
Assuming entry takes 2.5 min, & exit 3.5 min:

– 2 hours of truck movements every day,
– 80 hours of continuous rumbling up and
down in front of heriatge houses over the 2
month demolition period.

Is COFA toxic? Their proposed plan to use

than the original plan to use Greens Rd and is
clearly poor Corporate Citizenship.
