Vibe Live is the turn-key staffing solution for “live” event marketing programs! Our
experienced team provides brands and agencies with a one-stop resource for event
staffing and management. We work with programs including, nightlife sampling, street
sampling, multicultural programs, trade show staffing, guerilla executions, experiential
marketing, and much more. Vibe provides comprehensive staffing strategies from,

5. Project Management
Vibe provides custom staffing and management support for each program we
execute. Our team has it covered from, planning to post event recap.
Planning
• Vibe assesses our client’s staffing needs to provide custom solutions.
• Our team directly recruits, interviews, hires, and manages all event talent.
• Vibe works with our clients ensuring the right talent is in place for each program.
Management and Execution
• Vibe’s account team is in constant communication with field staff throughout the campaign.
• We are on-call for the entire program to answer questions, provide solutions, and report to our client’s with
program updates.
• Our team tracks all event talent upon site check-in.
Post-Event Management
• Vibe manages talent payroll, expenses for reimbursement, and logistics.
• Tracks talent via, sign-in sheets, IVR check-in and on-site call in to our office.
• Provides standard paper and/or online reports for each event to measure ROI.

6. Technology & Reporting
Vibe is the forefront of technology to constantly improving the way reporting and
talent is delivered.
Virtual Talent System
• Our virtual staffing solution is used to store, view, and manage Vibe’s talent.
• Vibe developed a proprietary talent search system to easily locate and view talent based on client requests
such as, location, skills, appearance, age, experience, language, and much more.
• Our internal talent search portal matches specific client needs that their programs require. For example, if
our client needs staff for a multicultural drink event with Spanish speaking talent in Miami. We can easily
submit a search to our talent-base to isolate quot;women in Miami that speak English and Spanish, aged 18-
24.quot; This assists us in making sure the right talent is placed for your event needs.
Reporting
• Hardcopy post-event recap reports and/or online reports for each event to measure ROI.
• Standard on-line reports are assessable via, Client Login – project specific on-line reports can be created.
• Event photos – client is responsible for camera or can be provided under our, additional services.
• IVR usage for tracking of field staff check-in and special program updates – subject to additional usage fee.
• Detailed sign-in sheets and call log of all talent staffed can be provided by Vibe’s internal team.
