1. Instead of frightening ourselves about what might happen
tomorrow, we should be living in the moment a little
more.
2. Couldn't agree more, it's all about being happy now, and
appreciating the dawning of every new day.
3. And I say this as someone who dislike the use of cliches.
Words like Living in the NOW, Living in the Moment are a
little too corny for me, in everyday speak, but whether I
like them or not cliches are cliches because they are
usually true.
4. It's a pretty short life down here on earth, and our role so
minor anyway. The little things that scare us will
ultimately disappear soon anyway.
5. We have a duty with this life, to give it our best shot, and
not think about the consequences.
6. There is little value in worrying about your kids getting
sick or having a car accident. If we focus on these bad
things, we usually make ourselves ill anyway.
7. The future is important, because we need to set goals. We
need to have something we aspire to, a challenge that
keeps us going and drives us on to live a good life.
8. If we don't have direction, we can easily get lost.
9. Tomorrow is very important, however it should be seen as
a way of inspiring us to become even better.
10. What happened in the past matters too, because it's
important to learn the lessons, and remember the good
times. However the past should not be something that
holds us back.
11. So the most important thing is where we are now, at this
moment. Living in the moment, don't spend all your time
looking forward and looking back.
12. People often say, if you wish for something often enough,
or think about something often enough, you will end up
getting it, whether you want it or not.
13. It's the same deal when we look at losing. Sometime we
get ourselves in such a state and believe we have no
chance of passing that important test, or impressing the
girl we want to ask out, that we talk ourselves into failing.
14. Fear has the ability to crush us. It comes into our
headspace uninvited and takes over.
15. It is only because of our own self-confidence that we allow
fear to overcome us.
16. FEAR can only pick on those who are vulnerable, stand up
and he is nothing.
17. I'm not saying we should turn a blind eye to potential
danger. It's one thing to be optimistic, however we can't
view everything with rose coloured glasses all the time.
18. An optimistic view, with a dash of reality is good, rather
than a pessimistic view.
19. When you get started in your home business, it's good to
have a pragmatic, yet optimistic approach. Try not to
emotionally attach yourself to the outcome, but
remember if you do the right things, do them often
enough and do them well, things will work out fine.
20. So there is no need to worry about what might happen.
21. Have faith in your own abilities and go for it. Only today
matters right now.
22. We can't control what happens tomorrow, so you might
just as well accept it and enjoy today.
23. Life your life now, in this moment, and don't be scared to.
24. If you fall at the first hurdle, pick yourself up and continue.
