The most common user interface (UI) at the devices within the IoT might be the Zero UI. However, machines still need to communicate, which might be achieved thanks to language technologies such as speech recognition, semantic analysis, and machine translation. The key question is how to design a sustainable business model that reinforces the competitive advantage of both technology companies and integrators offering innovative solutions.
