- 1. Hello… I seen one of these on the other side of the share window. I hope it works. Well these are the notes for Tuesday, March 20. We learned basically about Personal Finance, or more actually on which program we’d use, and how exactly.
- 2. This is the 2 choices we have to do the questions, choose whichever you prefer. To get to the T.V.M. Solver on your calculator go Aps- Enter- Enter. If you do not have Excel at home, you can reach a similar program from Google, then More, then Docs& Spreadsheets.
- 3. This is just a basic outline, of what exactly we are supposed to learn throughout the year.
- 5. The last slide was of the T.V.M. Solver. Also to reference a question asked in class for the payment end and begin part, you will not get your questions wrong if you leave it at End. Beginning is usually for Investments, and End is for loans.
- 7. This is the monthly payment, from buying the green house at www.mls.com , using typical numbers and mortgage rate at Bank of Montreal. Note: Remember to use the TVM Solver you must know 6 things, then ALPHA ENTER to solve for the last thing.

Fill out necessary information House Value $ 116,900.00 Down Payment(5%) $ 5,845.00 To be Financed(borrowed) $ 111,055.00 Annual Interest Rate 0.0543 Number of Years 25 Number of payments/year 12 Monthly Payment $ (677.34)
