10. Observations/challenges
• Curbs/objects that may risk
Mr Seah to trip/fall over.
• Steps on Shuttle bus that Mr
Seah might not be aware of.
• Visual Signboards that Mr
Seah would not be able to
see.
• Toilets are only available at
the 1st floor, although some
are located in the clinic
11. Suggestions
• One of it is that we can put more toilets on every
floor(outside as we may have to travel to the first floor for
toilet)
• Another one is that we should change the
shuttle bus to those bus that are for
handicapped people.
• For the visual sign boards,we should put
braille on the letters and the the boards just
in case the E.S.A is not there
• To overcome with the curbs,we should put visually
impaired guiding track(by Mr Low) so that he can walk
safely and smoothly without coming into contact with the
curb.
12. Suggestions
• Reading out the names of the patients
would be more effective as patients who
are visually disabled.
13. senses
• Sight - Mr Seah is unable to see clearly,
but with the help of the caretaker, he was
able to go to the right direction towards
the clinic.
• Touch (Movements) - Mr Seah is unable

• Taste - Mr Seah is unable to feed
himself, but with the help of the

15. senses
• Understanding- Mr Seah is unable to
read signboards for different purposes
such as for directions and knowing when
to enter the consultation room, but with
the help of the caretaker, he is led and
hence, clear of where he is heading
towards.
• Hearing - Mr Seah has no problems
hearing.
16. Feelings
• After knowing all we have gone through and the
different things we have experienced...
• We feel that, being a elderly, especially those we many
health problems, moving around itself is very tedious
for their Weak and blur eyesight. Movement is also
not that easy and convenient. Hence, I think we should
spend more time with elderlies, care for them and also
cherish our time with them.
