I develop strong brands and effective and practical (Digital) Marketing & Communication strategies. I do this based on Agile Marketing and Lean Startup principles. I work for established organisations and for startups. I help, often traditional offline organizations, with the retention and growth of their number of customers and revenue through online business models (both b-t-c as b-t-b). I always start with the 'why' based on Simon Sinek's Golden Circle model and from there, I develop marketing & communication strategies and plans based on the Business Model Canvas and the Value Proposition model. Strong focus on Customer & Brand Experience (CX).
