This document outlines South Korea's fuel cell program from its beginnings in the 1950s to current plans through 2014. It discusses the development background around energy production and consumption in Seoul, as well as new visions and 10 plans for executing the fuel cell program, including developing solar energy, fuel cell systems of various sizes, and a fuel cell supply base. The outcomes and challenges of constructing fuel cell buildings from 2008 to 2014 are also summarized.
