About Dawn Raquel Jensen
Dawn Jensen, founder of Virtual Options Coaching & Training and a sought after speaker, has been specialized on training academics and librarians since 2002 and now focuses and consults on Social Media and digital marketing for clients since 2007. Through her unique skill set along with her practical, hands-on technical knowledge, Dawn has been coaching and training with businesses on how they can include their Social Media in more of their marketing efforts.
Since 1996, Dawn has been training local and national clients in software and technology. She spent eight years as a US Navy Reserve Journalist and Public Affairs Specialist taking part in a mobile public affairs unit covering military, national, and world events for joint military forces both here in the United States and abroad.
Dawn received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Central Florida. She is also a graduate of the Joint Forces Military Training from DINFOS (Defense Information School) which specializes in Public Affairs and Visual Information.
Dawn’s passion extends outside the business realm where you can find her outdoors on a paddleboard, underwater in her scuba gear, or occasionally performing as an amateur bellydancer. She’s been an entrepreneur most of her professional life and is married with a teenage daughter.
