candidate on Monster I can search in any country and search specifically
for people that want to live in Ireland.
The good point that I can see in this project is that you have thought in a
global web-site which is very important nowadays.
I think it would be very useful if you get use the Social Media as a tool.

We get also useful feedback from a classmate of Venture Lab, experienced in
training recruitment people, about his vision of the future of the whole
process, when he sees peers looking for peers, and not through

analysis opportunity
The estimated niche market size is small (15M$)
We should amplify the niche.
With important companies working in the
domain it is fundamental differentiation.
Issues to explore:
- Adding Social media tools, re-defining
recruitment role, specific profiling tools.
About users, getting candidates it is not the
challenge
