From reacting to unexpected requirements to managing recruitment campaigns, Partners K2 has a flexible and responsive delivery model to anticipate our clients requirements. Search & Selection Our pro-active teams are continually screening candidates, checking for availability and updating the K2 database. As a result, we are able to react quickly to requirements with permanent candidates. Our service is driven by quality and relies on the continuing development of our professional network of exceptionally talented individuals unavailable through other recruitment channels. Managed Services Partners K2 often manage recruitment campaigns on behalf of our clients. Advertising, interviewing and shortlisting suitable candidates as well as induction management are some of the components of the service we provide our clients.

REQ™ REQ™ is a unique candidate rating methodology, which we created in collaboration with our clients and consultants. Relationships are the core foundation of our business and so this system ensures that we are able to rank, as well as track the development of our relationship with our consultants as the rating is dynamic. REQ™ is a rating system based on our relationship with the consultant, their expertise and the quality of their previous work, based on references. It enables us to access the top consultants in any given discipline at any given time, meaning that we can service our clients more efficiently than our competitors.

Account Management Our clients are provided with a single point of contact for all of their requirements. The account manager will be a specialist in the technology they are recruiting for, with an in-depth understanding of your local market. Candidate Attraction Our focus has enabled us to understand the SAP market, the technologies used and the needs of the clients and candidates in that market. As a result, Partners K2 has an unrivalled ability to source high quality candidates. Our Delivery Team identifies the best talent on all career levels in the market and establishes relations with them. Furthermore we advertise extensively to attract the best candidates in the market for our clients but many are recommended to us by their colleagues who enjoy successful careers as a result of contacting us. Screening Our Delivery Team initiates the first contact to new candidates and evaluates the qualification and experience level. Based on this our Recruitment Consultants select the most promising candidates for further in depth interviews.

Process Interview and preparation of the client interview The K2 Recruitment Consultant verifies the qualification and experience of the candidates and shortlists the most qualified and motivated candidates. Those candidates receive a complete briefing regarding the details of the position and the client company. Candidate presentation, process management, references K2 will provide all relevant documents and a brief interview summary to the client. As next step the K2 Consultant takes care of interview arrangements and checks relevant references to provide additional information to support the decision making process of our client. Part of our service is to engage and retain the candidate throughout the recruitment cycle. Regular contact, interview and feedback management and induction preparation supports the process and reduces the incidence of candidate drop out. Debriefing and Closing The Recruitment Consultant debriefs both sides after every interview round and ensures that all relevant information is available to the client as well as to the candidate . After the client has decided to extend an offer to a candidate, the K2 Recruitment Consultant can be used to moderate the negotiation phase in order to achieve the best result possible for both parties.
