manager will be a specialist in the technology they are recruiting for, with an in-depth understanding of

clients and candidates in that market. As a result, Partners K2 has an unrivalled ability to source high
quality candidates. Our Delivery Team identifies the best talent on all career levels in the market and
establishes relations with them. Furthermore we advertise extensively to attract the best candidates in

Our Delivery Team initiates the first contact to new candidates and evaluates the qualification and
experience level. Based on this our Recruitment Consultants select the most promising candidates for
further in depth interviews.
Interview and preparation of the client interview
The K2 Recruitment Consultant verifies the qualification and experience of the candidates and
shortlists the most qualified and motivated candidates. Those candidates receive a complete briefing
regarding the details of the position and the client company.
Candidate presentation, process management, references
K2 will provide all relevant documents and a brief interview summary to the client. As next step the
K2 Consultant takes care of interview arrangements and checks relevant references to provide
additional information to support the decision making process of our client.
Part of our service is to engage and retain the candidate throughout the recruitment cycle. Regular
contact, interview and feedback management and induction preparation supports the process and
reduces the incidence of candidate drop out.
Debriefing and Closing
The Recruitment Consultant debriefs both sides after every interview round and ensures that all
relevant information is available to the client as well as to the candidate . After the client has decided
to extend an offer to a candidate, the K2 Recruitment Consultant can be used to moderate the
negotiation phase in order to achieve the best result possible for both parties.
