 Each research study has its own specific purpose. It is like to discover
to Question through the application of scientific procedure. But the
main aim of our research to find out the truth that is hidden and which
has not been discovered as yet. Our research study has following
objectives:-
 Primary Objective: - To know about the Study of investor awareness,
perception and market potential of stock trading of the Reliance
Securities in Stock market.
 Secondary Objective: -
1. To know the investors awareness programme by SEBI.
2. To study the perception of investor.
3. To access how Reliance Money is better than others competitors.
The Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group is among India’s top three private
sector Business houses on all major financial parameters. Reliance Money is a
group company of Reliance Capital. Reliance Capital Turn over is
RS.6627 crore.
Reliance Money is a single window which offers the options of choosing various type
of asset classes like-
 Equities,
 Equity Broking,
 Mutual Funds,
 IPO’s FPO’s
 Life & General Insurance products,
 Money Transfer,
 Money changing and Credit Cards
SAMPLING AREA
Sampling area may be a geographical one, such as state, district, village
etc. The researcher will have to decide one or more of such area that he
has to select for his study.
In this research study Bhubaneswar as a sampling area.
SAMPLING UNIT
Sampling unit may be defined as an individual, pair or group of persons
included as respondent.
In this research study General Investors are the sampling units.
SIZE OF SAMPLE
“This refers to the number of items to be selected from the universe to
constitute a sample”
In the present research sample size is 100.
But the research also study the SEBI guidelines and awareness to the
investor.
 RVALUE PLAN:- It is a kind of advance
broking you have to pay broking charges in
advance.
 RELIANCE LIFE GUARNTEE MONEY BACK
POLICY:- In this life insurance policy you get
guarantee money back after 10 year and after
maturity 85% of sum assured.
 As only Bhubaneswar dealt in survey so it does
not represent the view of the total Indian market.
 The survey was carried through questionnaire and
the questions were based on perception.
 Complete data was not available due to company
privacy and secrecy.
 People fear that as Reliance Money is a Private
company so their money is not secured.
 Insurance means LIC for people.
 There are so many awareness programme by
SEBI for investors.
 Availability of different financial products & services.
 Very few client know about Reliance Money in this
city.
 There are so many rights and safeguard for investors.
 One retail office in Odisha.
 There is only one retail office in Bhubaneswar so the
company needs of open more retail office at Odisha.
 There be promotion on Television and printing media.
 The process of documentation is a hassle for customers
as it is not at all user friendly. Company should take
care of user friendliness of the system.

 Price competitiveness.
 Very fast processing.
 Good customer care.
 Flexible management system.
 A one stops shop of all financial products.
