2. Because of Abenomiix rather than because
of America is economic comeback
In May/9, the exchange rate of yen and dollar
are less than one hundred yen to the dollar in
New York.
And next day, the exchange rate is less than
101 yen in Tokyo market.
3. Why yen is strong
Many media write this is because economic
and monatary policies of Shinzo Abe.
But, is it true? I think America is economic
comeback so, dollar is cheap.
4. Japanese business
Japan amplify profits. In automotive industry,
Japanese export company develop
international competitiveness because
Japanese yen is strong.
If foreign demand Japanese product or
investment in plant and equipment, it make
mend employment.
5. problem
On the one hand Japanese people can travel
more cheaper, but on the other hand foreign
people can't travel cheap.
So foreign traverse will decrease and
survenires's purchase price may down.
6. Good point
If you buy foreign exchange, you are easy to
make money.
For foreigne, Japanese product is easy to sell
because it is more cheaper. And export
company have advantage.
Defrarion is buffered by decrease of value of
currency.
7. But point
A rise in prices, and it may be infrastructure.
Yen's value is low, so travel foreign and brand
item's price is high.
8. Now
Every currency can say enter trend as those
will be dollar strong.
America is promise economic comeback and
FRB begin think monetary easing.
9. After this
Japanese yen is lower 1$=100 because of
America economic comeback.
They can be roughly yen keep strong as
105yen~110yen.
