HYBRID MISSION POSSIBLE Background: ChocoDome a multi-‐national chocolate Specialty corporation is expanding rapidly. They currently have 6 offices in Europe and Asia. With their rapid expansion they are experiencing growing pains. They are losing the close knit culture that fostered their innovative business strategy.
