edification in your network marketing business you are going to battle with one hand tied behind your back. It

Edification in network marketing is what will give you credibility when you have none. You may be new to

people. You can use the success of your upline to gain credibility. Get to know your upline and learn their
qualities and what makes them successful. When speaking to somebody that you are prospecting you can edify
your upline and talk about their success and great qualities. Talk about how lucky you are to be working so
closely with them and learning from them. Talk about how much they have done for you in helping you build
your business. Build up your upline so you create enthusiasm and curiosity where the person you are
prospecting wants to meet your upline. You must believe what you are saying about your upline, you must
convey rock solid belief in what you are saying. Once they meet your upline and see that they are everything
you said they were and your upline edifies you back, you will have credibility. They will see how successful your
upline is and develop respect for them and in turn respect you and now you have credibility. You have to honest
in what you are saying, don’t make anything up because people will see through it. If they meet your upline and
you have not been honest, it won’t take them long to figure it out and then you will have lost any credibility you
may have built up.
Edifying your upline also builds confidence in yourself because you start to see success and you hear successful
people that you respect edifying you. Everybody is nervous when they start out in any network marketing
business and edification in network marketing helps reduce that nervousness. You will feel confident about
yourself and you will know you have someone in your corner who is fighting for you who is going to help you
every step of the way. The main thing you should be doing if you are new to network marketing is edifying your

atmosphere in general. They will be more likely to edify you in return. That is crucial because it creates a team
atmosphere and it helps your upline. If you have a team meeting or a business opportunity meeting where you
are with crossline, they may be crossline to you but there is probably somebody in that room who is the upline
to everybody in the room. So by edifying crossline, you are creating a postive atmosphere and helping your
upline that helped everybody in that room. That is a way to show appreciation to them.
By having an atmosphere of edification throughout the team it creates a different atmosphere than people are
used to in the corporate world. When you bring people to a meeting and see the positive atmosphere and see
everyone speaking highly of each other, it creates a pull to the new person or prospect. They want to be around
that atmosphere more. That is what attracted me to the team that I am a part of. I knew I was going to be
around positive people that were going to help me. There was no animosity among anybody in the room. I had
never experienced that anywhere else in business. I saw the respect that everybody had for each other
whether it was upline, downline or crossline. It took me awhile to figure out who was who because everybody
treated each other as equals and it was a real team atmosphere. That in itself to me is more important than the
compensation plan or the products. People are going to be excited to get into business with other positive
people. I will help anybody on my team including crossline people and I know they will do the same for me.
When you get into a routine of edifying people, it will become a habit and will become something you do
throughout your life. It will not only make a difference in your business but in your personal life. People will
notice a difference in you and it will attract other positive people into your life. Edification can help improve
relationships because it encourages you to see the good in people. You get to know people better because you
want to find good things to edify them about. When you concentrate on the good, it keeps you positive and
happy.
