The ThermoJet Oil purifier is an
advanced, effective and reliable
method to remove water and gas
from industrial oils.
The ThermoJet utilises the
unique principle of air/gas
stripping making it technically
sound and mechanically simple.

dissolved water from the system oil
Reductions in water contamination from 1,000PPM
down to < 100PPM are possible in as few as 5
passes of the system volume

– The Jet Mixer provides the interface of hot oil and
air to deliver enhanced purification

System fluid is drawn into the ThermoJet via the
inlet pump
The fluid is then pumped through an inline filter to
remove contamination before entering the heater
– Oil temperature is controlled and set via main control
cabinet interface
After the heater, the fluid passes through the heart
of the ThermoJet, the dual stage Jet Mixer
The oil leaves the Jet Mixer and enters the
separation vessel
Processed oil is returned by the 2nd fluid pump

The key to the simple yet effective
operation of the ThermoJet is the dual
stage Jet Mixer
– As filtered and heated oil is passed through the
Jet Mixer air is added and mixed with the oil
– This mixing increases the air / oil surface
interface
– The increased surface area allows the ‘heated
water’ to efficiently evaporate into the air
pockets or bubbles
– The air / oil mix flows into the separation tank
and under reduced pressure the air / water or
gas vents to atmosphere
