A study by QSample found that college students appear to be stressed in their college role. They surveyed students about their social media usage, caffeine consumption, and sources of stress. Most students reported using Facebook, with smaller percentages using Snapchat, Instagram, and Twitter. Regarding caffeine, half of students drank 1-2 cups of coffee per day, with fewer having more or no caffeine. The top sources of stress for students were academics, finances, and relationships.
