  maintenance	
  of	
  strategic	
  relationships

  community	
  leaders,

  influencers	
  and

       CHARTER:

  oversees	
  all	
  advocacy	
  efforts.

  Gorilla	
  Marketing/PR	
  Plan	
  for	
  greater	
  visibility	
  for	
          	
  
             the	
  organization	
  in	
  the	
  area	
  of	
  m edia,	
  public	
  relations,	
  public	
               5. The	
  committee	
  m onitors	
  all	
  marketing	
  materials.	
  	
  	
  
             advocacy	
  and	
  general	
  m arketing

  consistency;

  of	
  RST.	
  	
  	
  Friends	
  of	
  RST	
  will	
  result	
  in	
  increased	
  #	
  of	
  volunteers,	
  increased	
  program	
  components,	
  
board	
  members	
  and	
  donations.
