2. I want to tell you about my
coach. Her name is Olga
Nikolaevna Shilova. She was
born in Vladimir. At the age of
5 she began to go to the
rhythmic gymnastics. She has
taken part in numerous events
in the individual and in group
exercises.

3. She has become a Bronze medalist
at the Vladimir region, a Silver
medalist of the Open Championship
of Vladimir and participant of
regional Championships.
At the age of 13 she became a
Candidate Master of Sports.

4. But unfortunately she completed her career as a
rhythmic gymnast because of injury legs. And
soon she began a career as a coach.
In 2003 she became the head-coach of sports club
“Moskvich” in rhythmic gymnastics.

5. I understand that sport keeps us fit
and we stay healthy.

6. She is a teacher who inspired me to love and do
such kind of sports.

7. In addition sport helps to challenge
and give chance to acquire self
confidence.
It makes us more organized.
