 A mission statement attempts to capture
what the business does and how the
business works.
 An organisations mission, values and
vision form part of the business plan that
governs how the company operates.

Not only does a company need to have a
mission statement but it also needs to have
a vision statement. Basically the vision
statement looks at what the business will be doing
in 5 years.
