                       This game consists of 3 teams of 4
                       2 teams are situated in the middle of the grid and the others
                        are situated in between two cones towards the edge of the
                        grid
                       The team who are between the cones can only receive the
                        ball from the other teams along that line in between the
                        cones
                       The two teams in the middle get a point when the ball gets
                        played into a player in the areas marked. But they then have
                        to get the ball back from the player in the area.

                       This is an ideal situation for a goalkeeper and for if there are

                        so they have to catch the ball, therefore, helping the
                        goalkeeper improve their catching skills.

SQUARE DRILL – 3 BALLS
