Arkios Italy ha assistito gli Azionisti di GF S.p.A. in tutte le fasi dell’Operazione di cessione della loro partecipazione a CR Holding, controllata da LBO Italia. GF, società parmigiana con oltre 35 anni di attività alle spalle, è attiva nella progettazione e realizzazione di macchine automatiche per il controllo di qualità e di processo per il settore farmaceutico, in modo particolare macchine riempimento ed ispezionatrici per liquidi. GF annovera tra i propri clienti le principali case farmaceutiche internazionali, in quanto tra i pochi a gestire direttamente ed internamente tutte le fasi di progettazione e realizzazione delle proprie macchine automatiche, dall’engineering con il cliente fino al collaudo finale. L’acquisizione da parte di CR Holding è stata portata a termine grazie ad un investimento in equity di LBO Italia ed altri investitori di minoranza, quali la Famiglia Serventi, e ad un prestito obbligazionario unitranche organizzato da Emisys Capital e Tikehau Investment Management. Arkios Italy è stata al fianco della Società e dei suoi Azionisti in tutto il percorso dell’Operazione, ovvero nelle fasi di individuazione dei possibili compratori, negoziazione, due diligence, nonché nella fase di stesura dei contratti di investimento, fino a tutto il Closing.
