Excel Data Automator Explained in 6 slides

Connect and make the first query ,[object Object],The upper right dropdown is smart enough to pick up all the ODBC sources already set up on your computer . Now select the proper one, write some code and click the "Submit Query" button, the result will return to the selected cell in spreadsheet.

Seed, the key of Excel Data Automator ,[object Object],So whenever you sit on the cell with a seed (in this case, A1) and open the control panel, the underlying query will be retrieved and showed in the code area. You can review the code, make any change you would like and resubmit. (Seed can also be a dynamic code. Clear code area, and enter "=", a small window pops up and you can select a block of cells that contain the query you want to submit. Of course, the cells can be built off from formulas, and you can really have some fun with it.)
