‘It’s My Pleasure’
when a caller says
‘thank you’
11. and now,
I find myself responding to
everyone that way…
Sometimes I catch myself saying it at home
and I go
NO! You’re welcome!
And everyone looks at me like I’m nuts.
18. It is the most amazing
thing for me to hear
“job well done” from a client
and that’s what we strive for.
19. Each morning when I get here –
I smile and say to everyone today
is going to be a GREAT day
because we will be
making our clients happy…
