PDHPE also easily incorporates other subjects at school such as English, Mathematics, HSIE and even Art! With this in mind PDHPE can not only be educational but ENJOYED!
4. The skills practiced in a simple yet effective game during physical education will help children to practice team work and goal setting. These are much needed skills in everyday life!
