Telephonic interview: Here the employees are asked

employee is been looked after and thus is selected for the
next round
Group discussions / presentation : Here, the employees who
are selected at the time of telephonic interview are asked to
come for the second round which is group discussion where
the candidates are given a topic to discuss or to present on a
certain topic on and panel has to select the candidates
