New company can be functional within 2-3 weeks as follows: • Obtain certificate from a Swedish bank that the total cash amount for shares has been deposited into an account. This takes 1 day to obtain. • Submit online application to Swedish Companies Registration Office, and obtain a registration certificate. This takes 14 days costs 2000 SEK approximately. • Registration with Swedish Tax Agency takes 1 day and can be simultaneously done with online application, or As a Branch (in Swedish: filial) of foreign limited company, which may be beneficial for a transition period.
