Insomnia is quite a common health disorder, especially in
today’s fast moving pace of life. We often find people asking
questions to their general physicians or on health queries
discussions like ‘How to get a proper sleep’ or ‘How to
overcome insomnia?’ Honestly, healthy sleeping is a God’s
blessings, but there are various ways to get a health resolution

Food Intake




Avoid intake of grains, sugars, caffeine, rather follow a
healthy diet chart and meal a couple of hours before sleep.
Don’t forget to take one small piece of fruit. Strictly avoid
alcohol and sleeping pills. Drink a lot of healthy fluids and
water throughout the day, but not before two hours of
sleeping.

before sleeping. Get a hot bath, enjoy some light music, wear
